Folgende Varianten sind möglich: * Demontage & Verladung bindend: Demontage & Verladung erfolgen durch die Firma Höchsmann oder ein von ihr beauftragtes Unternehmen zu den ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die Verladung erfolgt nur auf ein hinsichtlich Bauart, Größe und Gewicht geeignetes Transportmittel und wenn ausreichend zugelassenes Ladungssicherungsmaterial (z.B. Spanngurte) vorhanden ist. * Demontage & Verladung durch den Käufer: Der Käufer ist für die termingerechte Demontage und Verladung des Artikels, sowie die Bereitstellung von eventuell erforderlichen Hebezeugen selbst verantwortlich. Für entstehende Schäden am Eigentum Dritter haftet der Käufer. * Demontage & Verladung optional: Die Beauftragung der Demontage und Verladung des Artikels zu den ausgewiesenen Kosten ist nur am Tag des Auktionsendes möglich. The following options are possible: * Dismantling & loading compulsory: Dismantling and loading are carried out by Höchsmann or a company commissioned by it at the stated costs. Loading is only carried out on a suitable vehicle in terms of design, size and weight and if sufficient approved load securing material (e.g. tension belts) is available. * Dismantling & loading by the buyer: The buyer is responsible for the timely dismantling and loading of the item, as well as the provision of any necessary lifting equipment. The buyer is liable for any damage to the property of third parties. * Dismantling & loading optional: Ordering the dismantling and loading of the item at the stated costs is only possible on the day the auction ends. Otherwise, dismantling shall be carried out by the buyer. In case of non-compliance with the deadline for information, the buyer shall bear the additional expenses incurred. Costs for container loading etc. are available on request. Container loading can only take place from our warehouse.
